Agents can access information about homes from their home or office computer 24 hours a day. The MLS is quoted as being the single most important and most effective marketing tool. A majority of sales, some quote 80% of sales, are attributed to real estate agent's exposure throught the MLS. Important information about your property is noted on the MLS. This information includes general data about your home's square footage, number of rooms, etc. to detailed information such as if you have central air conditioning or hardwood flooring.
